Jordyn Williams

Jordyn Williams serves as a Lead Reporter and Journalist for Funcoast Sports, bringing her academic excellence and passion for athletics to the forefront of local coverage.

A high-achieving graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School, Jordyn was recognized as a member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top 20% of her class. Her dedication to extracurricular activities was evident through her involvement as a three-year member of the competitive Showdolls Dance Team, as well as participation on the track team and the cheer team.

Jordyn is currently continuing her educational journey at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA, where she is majoring in Multi-media Journalism. Her commitment to academic rigor is demonstrated by her membership in the Honors College. Outside of her studies, she maintains her connection to performance and athletics as a member of the Georgia Southern Dance Team and is also involved in campus life as a member of Phi Mu Sorority.

With a strong background in both athletics and rigorous academics, Jordyn provides Funcoast Sports with sharp, insightful reporting on local high school and college events.
